Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During product launches, sales, or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination but usually take between 5 and 5 business days for most locations in the world. 

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, customs processing, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.

Any available free shipping offers will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow some time for the tracking link to update after the package has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Skilldash is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will help check the tracking information with the courier.

Skilldash is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery details, but we will always do our best to help resolve the issue.
